Notice of cancellation must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to departure of your fishing trip for a full refund. Current Affair Charters reserves the right to cancel due to bad weather or mechanical failures, in this case, clients will be able to re-book depending on space available, or receive a refund by check. We recommend trip insurance, we are not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses. We may also fish the protected waters of Resurrection Bay at the customers choice.
